Terrible experience - resorts to cheap sales tactics and mistruths to get buyers to commit quickly. As soon as you express interest in a house or lot, there will be another buyer who is looking to purchase and you will lose it unless you act immediately. Don't believe it as 99% of the time it is not true. While creating a sense of urgency is often times part of sales, people are not buying cars, they are buying homes and "higher end" homes at that.
