Horribly disappointed. Hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any doctor. I have EDS, mast cell activation and another laundry list of chronic debilitating issues that cause pain… I was so looking forward to seeing this MD after reading so many positive reviews. I left in tears with two referrals that didn’t accept my insurance so I went back in person to show them a list of providers and try to get into these other specialists. I was having a difficult time finding a doctor but Dr. Ramirez is a very caring and knowledgeable primary care doctor in Henderson. His staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a doctor who cares enough to sit with you to answer your questions and concerns about your health, and work out an action plan together.
Dr. Richmond Ramírez is an outstanding physician. Every visit feels truly personalized he takes the time to listen, go over everything in detail, and explain things clearly. He doesn’t just treat the symptoms; he addresses the issue right away with genuine care and professionalism. I highly recommend him 100%!
