Runs really nice. Great doctors & great nurses, very helpful. Prefer this office versus the other , but the whole office is a good place where you can trust your kids health...
I love Richmond Pediatrics! We have been going there for almost 5 years. We love our doctors! We mostly see Dr. Nelson and Dr. Anderson. I see some bad reviews about the front desk ladies, I completely disagree. They have been nothing but nice to us when we have been there and trust me, that has been a lot! They keep the whole process smooth!
Love the Doctors, love the hours. SOME of the front staff, on the other hand, not so much love. They seem "put out" if you have a question or need help with something other than just checking in. Their personal conversations are much more important than helping a client.
It's been so helpful to be able to call and speak with a nurse when my child is sick to know what to watch for. I also really appreciate their after hours answering service and how their on call physicians respond fairly quickly. They seem to have a good availability of sick appointments, and have even seem us on Sunday. We've had a good experience with our main doctor, Dr. Gosselin, and also the other rotating doctors in sick appointments.
