The billing department are literally the most rude and ignorant people I’ve ever spoken to. I set up a “meet the doctor” visit and brought my son with me. They charged me over $100 for what was supposed to be a meet and greet visit because “a temperature and weight were taken” and apparently, because it’s MY child it was MY responsibility to tell them “no don’t weigh him because this is a meet and greet”. I am a 2nd generation grandmother who could not say enough how much I love RP. The doctors, nurses and staff are wonderful. I have to give a special shout out to Dr. Noble, he has earned his spot at the top of their list. Been going to them for 34 years in March 2018. Sometimes change is not good, so glad we never changed and won't ever. High recommendations to this practice.
I’m so glad we switched over a year ago to this pediatric office. So helpful, always answer on the first call. So nice that they can get you within a few hours and also have weekend sick visits. Dr. Phillips and Dr. Gibson are truly amazing.
I LOVE ALL OF THE DOCTORS HERE! All three of my children, 24, 20, and 2, have been seen by the doctors here, and they love them. My 20 yo doesn’t want to leave them, because he is so comfortable talking to them.
My daughter sees Dr. McNeish (has since she was born.). Her nurse Kimberly is wonderful and they always take time to listen to me and are playful and gentle with my daughter. Dr. McNeish has never made me feel silly about my concerns (even though sometimes they have been silly!). She also referred me to a wonderful lactation consultant and called me at like 9pm to check on my daughter when we were having some breastfeeding difficulties.
Dr Mcneish is amazing she takes the time out to treat each patient as they should be treated and her referrals are just fabulous.
