Always a great experience at Richmond Optometry! Doctors are very thorough and caring, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They have a great selection of glasses and fair prices. Highly recommend!

I am unsure of why most reviews are positive, which is why I made an appointment, but my experience was horrendous. First of all, contrary to what others say, the office is a shared hole in the wall outfit and very poorly managed. The receptionist was extremely unfriendly, no greetings, no thank you with a crude attitude. Seemed like she never woke up. It honestly felt like I was in a third-world country. I am still reeling from the terrible experience. Very disappointed.
Our family doctor referred our family here with Dr. Yu. Everything is so good here in the clinic and they are so good with small kids like mine. They started their eye checking from the age of 1 year and 3 years old stage and we are going to stick to Dr Yu’s clinic. We had very good family experience here
Dr. Yu is amazing! I had something stuck in my eye and he was able to squeeze me in for a last minute appointment. My eye feels so much better now! Thank you!!!
