From a Client Experience perspective, Richmond Natural Medicine is premier in service coupled with care. From the first appointment call, calm office setting, products, services, and resources (great read sold in office from Leah Hollon, ND, MPH, "Unwinding The Imprints of Disease") to my personal care from Dr. Jody. This is a wonderful opportunity to learn, grow and finally make the time to reset.
I learned so much about my body from Dr. Thompson that my primary care and other specialists have never explained to me before. I got a brand new regimen of homeopathics and supplements, as well as a new diet, and I'm already seeing a little improvement in the first couple of days!
It was a wonderful experience the moment I entered the office. I’ve never experienced such great care from a doctor’s office. It feels good to be heard.
