Chris was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help us purchase our Polaris, including helping us after hours. The customer service here is great. We live over 2 hours away and went there due to the customer service. Our Polaris was literally sitting outside ready to put on the trailer when we got there. Definitely worth the drive and price.
The salesman are clueless about making a sell and keeping the customers informed. Bought a brand new top of the line unit from the showroom Only to get it home to find a hole In the seat. Called the same day as purchase to inform them of the finding and they refused to do anything..... Tried to purchase another unit a year and a half later, (went to them because they are the only place local) and once again took a full day off of work to get everything done they requested only to sit an additional 4 hours.... So everyone knows that I bout a 2017 Arctic cat 450xc brand new and Jarrod Hall was a nicer guy to work with but on the other hand Richmond motorsports is a place I will NEVER EVER Buy another thing from there my clutches went out an they have had it for 3+ months I only had it for 3 weeks and they have had it the rest waiting on it to get fixed and everytime I ask they tell me the same thing that they haven't heard anything. This is why I will not buy anything from them again.

Service department was awesome, Stephen Brashear was very helpful and kept us up to date with our machine while being worked on. Recommend Jeff as your salesmen also!

Jeff Cromer and the rest of the staff were awesome to deal with. I am a repeat customer for sure! It was awesome to hear that I was the winner for the free sounds system for my Northstar!
