Jarrod hall is the go to man there. He took care of all my questions on the phone while I was in Louisville. I told him it'd be hard for me to get to Richmond (from Louisville) with my busy work schedule and he pulled through with meeting me at 9:30pm (9-11-17) at night to deliver the Polaris rzr 900s to me. True example of good customer service right there. Thank you again.
Helped me out when I needed some parts to make a ride. Service manager even offered not meet me after hours if needed. Wish they were not 3.5 hours away from me!

I came in last Monday on the 10th of this month to look at there inventory (which is a lot) and I found the four wheeler I was looking for. They were able to get my credit ran, although Honda's finance systems were down that day, we found another lender. I didn't make my purchase that day however I came back the next day. The staff was really nice, and the building was very clean and well set up. I would recommend stopping in if your looking for something new to ride!!!
Joey and the rest of the folks there at Richmond Motorsports are great to work with. Joey made my bike buying process easy with quick response time. Very easy to talk to with no pushy sales to the buyer. They make you feel comfortable and at home. I would recommend anyone shopping for a motorcycle or four-wheeler to visit their shop or their online selection. I know I will recommend my friends to see Joey and his staff at Richmond Motorsports!!!
