Great. I have bough several cars from them and have always been happy.
Nice welcoming family business. They are very accommodating and helpful with every purchase our family has made, and we always come back when time to purchase a new used vehicle. They are not a New Car Dealership so therefore no vehicles are assembly line quality, but they stand behind all the information they gave us about the vehicles and any problems that arose, they were above and beyond helpful in helping us with cost or locating mechanics and even purchasing and locating parts needed. Can you say the worst? – Since management has changed at Richmond Motors things are just not the same. First, they are all a bunch of crooks that seek every opportunity to rip you off and steal from you. You might want to take that vehicle you are looking at and have them check the brakes and underbody for little surprises that Richmond Motors likes to leave for you to repair; ours had over $1,000 worth of repairs.
