The receptionist was polite, patient and very understanding. I was then treated by Dr Virk who i can't speak highly enough of. He was very thorough, sensitive and understanding of my medical condition,. He was polite and extremely professional throughout the consultation. Dr Virk did not rush me in or out of the surgery and took the time to treat me. Thank you Dr Virk and your team.
I’m writing to make a complaint about Dr. Anshu Parmar. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but this morning when I took my son to see her, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had with a doctor in Australia. She was unfriendly and showed no kindness or patience toward children. If I could give zero stars instead of one, I definitely would. We will never go back again. No wonder the clinic’s overall rating is so low.
My family and I are going there for a while now and we are happy with the doctors and the staff.
Unfortunately cannot give zero stars. The worst medical centre I have ever attended. At least three of the doctors here, in my opinion, should NOT be doctors. And if I was not in poor health I would have taken matters further. The only two doctors that were ever helpful left within a year. I wonder why? Many of the staff on the front counter are in dire need of customer service lessons. People are at a medical centre because they do not feel well...Some empathy or compassion would not go astray.
