Unfortunately cannot give zero stars. The worst medical centre I have ever attended. At least three of the doctors here, in my opinion, should NOT be doctors. And if I was not in poor health I would have taken matters further. The only two doctors that were ever helpful left within a year. I wonder why? Many of the staff on the front counter are in dire need of customer service lessons. People are at a medical centre because they do not feel well...Some empathy or compassion would not go astray. My daughters and I just wanted to thank Dr Virk for being a Doctor that we are able to trust. He goes out of his way to understand the whole picture for our family and to help in ways that make such a difference in our day to day lives. He is always pleasant, kind, and peaceful. I am grateful that he always gives us the time of day and he is comprehensive and thorough. He explains everything to us in a way we are able to understand. Most doctors at this practice have no concern for the patients whatsoever. I came in a week ago with a nasty infection which Dr MAGGIE CHUNG refused antibiotics for. Well now a week on, the infection is worse and I have a cracked rib as a result. Anyone reading this, go and see Dr Tran at the heritage medical clinic he’ll actually listen to you and sort you out! Please don’t bother with this place if you actually care for your health.
Dr Survindet Singh Virk was caring and very thorough . He did not rush the consultation & listened to my concerns. The receptionists are absolutely amazing so pleasant and caring ! Thank you again 🙏
I have gone for appointments here multiple times as a walk in and for scheduled appointments. I have seen some horrible very dismissive doctors and some lovely caring doctors, unfortunately the caring ones always seem to leave. Wait times are always long and never on time. If you don't mind the long wait it can be useful especially the bulk billing.
