Staff on 23rd Feb 2026 extremely rude checked in at 1300 asked to come back let them know came back around 1330 informed the staff. Around 1500hrs asked the staff when do I get to see the doc they told me called yr name u weren’t present . I was sitting right there since 1330 hrs how come they missed out on me ? The receptionist had an attitude while talking to me as if I hv made a mistake I feel people come to this clinic coz its in convenient location however the attitude from the staff is extremely rude

We have been going to this medical centre from last four years. Dr Virk is one of the best doctor in the centre and always clear all doubts. I am grateful that he always gives us the time of day and he is comprehensive and thorough. He explains everything to us in a way we are able to understand. He is a very gifted and knowledgeable Doctor, and so personable. Thank you Dr Virk and Richmond Marketplace Medical Centre

Long waits despite having an appointment. Watch other people come and go while you keep waiting. Don't come here unless you want a medical certificate, but they may have the wrong patient file open when they print your script and certificate, so youll have to take it back again and have it fixed. Also, expect to be misdiagnosed and have to take a week off work for no reason. Absolute trash.

Very rude receptionists. Very poor customer service. Forced me to get a covid test which is illegal and pay for it and then refused me to see a doctor even though it was negative After I paid for the test they said they were fully booked , I'm sure they knew this prior. Poor services Medical mistreatment and have made a complaint to HCCC DO NOT GO HERE

Booked a telehealth consultation for results. Was informed by the receptionist that "telehealth aren't a priority & the Dr will call if time permits" I am yet to receive my call. I am yet to have said consult.
