Most doctors at this practice have no concern for the patients whatsoever. I came in a week ago with a nasty infection which Dr MAGGIE CHUNG refused antibiotics for. Well now a week on, the infection is worse and I have a cracked rib as a result. Anyone reading this, go and see Dr Tran at the heritage medical clinic he’ll actually listen to you and sort you out! Please don’t bother with this place if you actually care for your health.
Dr Survindet Singh Virk was caring and very thorough . He did not rush the consultation & listened to my concerns. The receptionists are absolutely amazing so pleasant and caring ! Thank you again 🙏
I have gone for appointments here multiple times as a walk in and for scheduled appointments. I have seen some horrible very dismissive doctors and some lovely caring doctors, unfortunately the caring ones always seem to leave. Wait times are always long and never on time. If you don't mind the long wait it can be useful especially the bulk billing.
PATIENTS are NOT a priority in this centre. Ridiculous medical centre. Stopped coming here for a reason which is the wait time, promised times and staff interactions. I came here in a rush for medical help in which I have a medial appointment with a migraine and headache specialist which require a GP referral. I was told the wait would only be 1 hour to be blown out to 2.5 hours…. The receptionist are rude, Abrupt and not understanding. I would leave no stars but you can't. My mother has veen going there for a couple weeks now. She has been stuffed around, lied to, put down then questioned my mother on on her housing (even tho she lives around the corner) on how long she will be living thereeven tho 4 year's so far. Then proceeded to accuse my mother that suffers RA that she only wants drugs. These doctors are pathetic and will be reported for how they treated my mother. Be careful going to this doctor's surgery.
