Beware! I brought my stuff to be altered and two items to be dry cleaned. They gave me a receipt and told me it may be a couple dollars difference I go to pick it up and it’s $20 difference. So apparently they didn’t charge me for one item then on the alteration I was told that when the lady looks at it she can charge whatever she wants so when you go pick up your items it can be more than what they gave you the receipt for and you have no choice but to pay it. BEWARE. BEWARE. BEWARE. I dropped off a new dress white on top and black on bottom and returned to pick up a gray on top and black on bottom dress. I noticed the color change and the cleaners didn't want to accept any responsibility. The owners admitted that she noticed the color change but didnt call me to admit fault....blamed Dillards for the color change. Owner sucks ....her and the worker who can barely speak English .

After six years of regular use I had one issue and the owner refused to even acknowledge any responsibility. The men and women at the counter have always been terrific. I’m just taken aback at the lack of interest in their customer care. All I asked for was to help with the cost of replacing the shirt but the owner wouldn’t even address the issue and dismissed me. The poor clerk didn’t even want to make eye contact he was so embarrassed. Sorry we ended our partnership this way. Steer clear!

We love this place!!! Great people always friendly and so helpful!!!!! Clothes come out perfect and ready to go on any trip. Truly go above and beyond to make their customers happy!!!!! No other dry cleaners needed other than Richmond Hill's Best!!!!'

I've been using this cleaner since we moved to Richmond Hill eight years ago. They have been nothing but courteous and professional in any dealings we've had with them. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any one looking for a great cleaner.
