I’m so happy I found Richmond Hill Nail & Salon! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and their attention to detail was amazing. The nails I got turned out exactly like the picture I showed them—if not even better! The shaping, precision, and all the little extra touches truly made the experience special. I’m so grateful this place was recommended to me, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the best nail salon ever!
To be clear this is not my first time at this place, this is my 3rd time. And today was the absolute worst, I walked in and requested what I want done was taken to the back to someone who I know was in training nothing wrong with that as I had also been in that position now if I have to tell you couple of times how to do what I want then you really don't need to be there let alone do people's nails. Update: After posting this review, the salon owner reached out to me and was incredibly kind and helpful with resolving my dissatisfaction. She said she will be putting me with a new technician the next time I am in, so hope to be able to give them their 5th star after that. But the effort to apologize for my inconvenience was enough for 4! Waited 45 minutes after my appointment time for a subpar manicure. I previously posted a review about a not so great experience I had. But Hong completely turned that around for me! Today I had Hong for my dip manicure and Chris for my pedicure. The service and results were incredible! Chris was so kind and pleasant to talk to. Hong did AMAZING on my manicure. So glad I came back and I’ll be coming back again!
