No matter who I see they are all friendly and I never had an issue with any procedure done here. I just had a filling replaced and I felt no pain while they did this and it looks great. It’s like I had nothing down 🤩 100% love this place and the people who work here. Thank you guys again for everything.

My first visit was friendly and efficient. The staff was professional and equipped with the latest technology. I was impressed at pleased.
I appreciate all the care that was taken during the crisis that is going on. Everything was wiped down. I was given the option to wait in my car or in lobby. Had to rinse and disinfect my mouth before my cleaning. Felt very comfortable and safe.
I am visiting from New England and lost my cap on a Friday. The dentist gave me an appointment on Monday. Everyone in the office is great and very professional. I would definitely recommend the office.
The entire team is exceptional... Well informed and sincerely concerned about providing a “Wow” Experience and they delivered!!! Carol and Myra are incredible and Janna, my hygienist, has the hands of an angel This office is certainly on top of all infection control measures and expressed their desire for my overall well being Janna was through yet gentle, very informative and extremely accommodating. I love the lip balm and lemon scented warm towel at the end. I will definitely be back!!!

Everyone I encountered at DWC of Richmond Hill was exceptional. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable during my visit from the moment I walked through the door until I left. My concerns were actually heard and any questions I had were thoroughly answered. I loved the extra touches like being offered a beverage while I wait (much appreciated since I was actually very thirsty), the tour of the office, and the gift bag for new patients. Would definitely recommend!
Absolutely amazed at the care I received this morning...had a dental emergency and Remi aswered my call! She got me in quickly and Jeanine got me seated and xrayed within minutes not to mention explaining and reassuring me I would be pain free today! Dr Trout was wicked awesome, straight forward, and extremely compassionate! Last but but not least Ms Mel explained all my options and upcoming appts and took my financial worries away! What an amazing office! I would recommend anyone needing a new dentist to come here!!!
