My reason for going to Richmond Health Department was to track down a lab result myself. I traveled from Norfolk to Richmond just for that purpose. What I found was the representative in Norfolk wasn't forthcoming but Richmond's official made her disclose facts she had withheld. You see, in the medical field some people aren't as honest as they should be because our health involves our very lives.....
