Hi We will be moving from Madison Indiana to Richmond Kentucky and will needing a Place by October 2nd/ 4th 2017 to rent ! We have a dog. We will be able to come down around Labor Day weekend around September 2nd to work on the paper work Deposit and first months rent! My husband Chris will have a job already through Resources MFG down around there!
A friendly little community of friends and caring neighbors. We moved away in 2007 to be with my mother, and I miss the people and the activities so much. They have birthday parties, holiday dinners in a nice community dinning room. Where everyone gets to know everyone. There are individual 4-grouped complexesand 1 inhouse apts. complex. All with laundry, no stairs, central air and heat. The rent usually went up around 10 dollars a year which I think is good. But of course, that can be subject to change.
