I really think if a person has a 9:AM appointment they should be seen in 15min. Not set in the waiting room for 26- 30min. It's rude. If I was late for my appointment I would have to reschedule. This is the third time this has been done to me and each time I tell them it's rude and disrespectful to make people sit and wait. If they're unable to accommodate the people that are there in a timely manner don't try to squeeze so many people in. Each time I'm giving a different excuse why I have to wait so long.
