I could write an essay on how horribly AnchorNW treated their tenants when an emergency flood occurred and half the building had to vacate within 2 weeks. First off, a tenant on the 3rd floor left a speaker plugged in and it caught fire, causing the fire alarms to go off and flood the third floor and everything below it. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE. They will keep your deposit for unreasonable cleaning fees and they are horrible to deal with, lying to your face about the rental agreement. Horrible experience.
Really enjoy this place and location is great. Management company is always there when I need them and building is kept clean
