Do not believe a patient should have to be at an appointment 15 minutes early only to have to wait 1 hour past your appointment time before being seen. Everyone's time is important. Had very good experience once I was seen.
Dr. Bernstein is the best. Thank you for all you do to help patients keep their precious eye sight. The staff here is great and courteous. Optical section with great customer help from picking out frames, etc to sun glasses. Kim Harrison makes sure your glasses are the best suited for you. Thank you to Dr. Koza, Dr. Lumpkin and Dr. Brooks who take care of our eye needs too!
