After 4 years of ruining our Co-op ( Local 75 ) we are now FREE of the WORST Management Company EVER. But I understand Raymond Favis is still with RCMS and this is not good for those out there, you may get stuck with this guy and he will ruin your Building. Hello These folks are the worst and will ruin your Building on so many levels. Once they get in they do nothing and Upper Management are impossible to get a hold of to fix whatever the situation may be, not good. They have ruined our Co-op and folks that live here want RCMS ( Raymond Favis ) gone. A 3 year contract was signed so we are stuck with these folks as we watch them ruin what was a great Building. Very sad. Member of Local 75 Co-op. RCMS ( Raymond Favis ) the worst. Thanks.
