Very slow service, uncaring, and angry
All the staff was very sweet and understanding! Was in and out a little faster than is usual with ER visits. I definitely recommend this place compared to the VCU one.
Mrs. Jamie is a gem. She was the absolute best with treating my family member. Everyone was very nice
Keekee ER nurse at Richmond community was very exceptional, she kept me informed every step of the way in regards to my son's care and transfer. She was very knowledgeable and informative. She explained everything she was going to do for him prior too. She is a very genuine nurse. She deserves a daisy award nomination
7 hours for a total of around 7 mins of interaction with any medical staff. Not allowed to leave either having to wait almost 2 hours for the discharge papers already being told I need to go to a specialist. Honestly, my health is worse off for sitting in this ER all night long than staying at home in bed in agony.
