okay I think everyone needs a customer service class, we someone is calling about a family member it is your job to help and be polite. it is so rude to cut someone off when they are talking. if you don't like your job, give it to someone who will appreciate it. it is okay to be kind sometimes.
The past two times I have went to the emergency room, two different nurses could not find a vein and I left there bruised very badly both times! If you are someone like me who has small, hard to find veins, do not go there! I am furious! The nurses there need more training on putting needles in peoples arms! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
Waiting room was loud, multiple people using their cellphones loudly, staff shouted patient names down the hall. Awful place to sit and wait while not feeling well.
Was admitted almost 2 years ago after a mental health crisis. Nurses were downright mean and abusive. I was scared to ask for water because they were so mean. At one point I woke up and walked into the hallway and was shouted at for being out of my room "after hours" like there is any way for you to check the time without walking to their day room and look at the one clock they have.
