Poor management. Shady billing. Very disappointed in service on all levels.
Came in on January 19th.. I’m not sure if the ER was understaffed but I reported that I was having pain on my right side after I was prescribed antibiotics for my abscess on my tooth…They brushed off my concerns about my side pain… What a joke Holly Farkosh… I had to go to VCU right after I let Richmond community
This was my first time having such a terrible experience and rude behavior at a Bon Secours hospital. The three nurses who assisted me were the only ones with manners. As someone who shares an office location with a Bon Secours ER and interacts with them daily, this visit was a complete disappointment. If you’re looking for an ER experience that leaves you feeling just as bad, angry, and scammed, then this Bon Secours is the place for you. Otherwise, St. Mary’s is worth the drive.
