This dealership should be shut down, the worst place to get a car. They'll screw you over any way that they can! Broke down cars that end up with more problems after they "fix" them and a very rude, unprofessional owner!
After 6 years of purchasing a used 2005 Mustang from Richmond car co. It is still running great. The vehicle had 130k when purchased, and now with almost 100k later and routine maintenance, I have no complaints.
If I could give 0 stars I would…..After being a costumer for years, I went again to get another car, needless to say the vehicle got water damage, (sunroof leak) apparently they fixed the problem but they ended up messing it up more that the car would not start at times, a/c would stop working at times.I took it back, they claimed to have fixed it, got it back I took it to get it washed and water got inside again.
