This place was a great place and community to be a client. The last 10months has been totally been unlawful for our clients and the staff should feel awful. I never heard of waiting almost a year to receive something that only takes 2 weeks. I will rate this nothing if I could.

I only give this organization a three star, because I realize and understand that some improvements are needed with it's case management. My sister who has been a client for over 25 years. Recently my sister passed away on December 31, 2024 at aged 72. Here's why I am so disappointed. My sister's case manager has been in considerate towards me. I had a really tough experience with Richmond Behavioral Health Authority. I went to their crisis center and was fine, but was FALSELY diagnosed with bipolar disorder. When I got a permanent psychiatrist, I tried to explain that I didn’t believe I was bipolar and that it was just put on my intake to get me a bed. For a whole year, she didn’t listen to me.
