Took my dog there once, was the last! I took my dog there once to be bathed and he came back w/ ticks! He had no ticks before, was just smelly. They weren't cheap either. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.
horrendous I will never be back to this vet. I went in because my dog was having an allergic reaction. They gave her a medicine combination that made her sick and vomit everywhere.
Excellent-a must in your animals care Absolutely the best without question! We have used Dr. Mandola for over 25 years with many of our dog and he is the most knowledgeable and caring vet you will ever find. Plus the other vets that work at the clinic are certainly very excellent. FYI: Dr. Mandola graduated Cum laude of his class at Texas A & M University, can't get any better than that!
EXCELLENT CARING TEAM I first met Dr. Mandola and his staff on 2004. As a "petparent" I will recommend them without hesitation. Dr, Tamas is a sensitive caring doctor. He took care of mmy "teenager pregnant cat" and reafirmed me that delivery was going to be smooth. My Bubbles had fve precious kittens (she was fixed after her pregnancy). Dr Tamas dedication is admirable. Two of the "babies" died of cancer. He provided all medical assistance fofr them and comfort to my husband and me. Don't let this be your mistake!! I spent about $500 trying to figure out what was wrong with my dogs nose. Richmond Animal Hospital told me it was a fungus and a skin infection... well all the antibiotics and ointments weren't working and after 2 months I took her to another vet in sugarland and he told me its not a fungus and that its normal for boxers to have dry cracked nose.. They ran a skin infection test and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my dog.. I called the Richmond Animal Hospital and let them know... read more
All Your Dog Needs Richmond Animal Hospital was the first place we chose for our puppy. He is now a year old and has been taken there many times. Richmond Animal Hospital takes care of all of his needs. We have taken him there for shots, minor scratches/infections, boarding, etc.. We did not worry about him while he was being boarded, because they are true professionals. I would recommend them to any dog owner. A tip for new customers would be to ask for a price list.
Richmond Animal Hospital is where I go -This is one of the few clinics in the Houston area who will declaw a cat by removing ONLY the tip of the bone instead of removing the whole bone to the joint. This is a MUCH more humane way to declaw a cat, and their fees for doing so are very reasonable. (Please let's not debate declawing, sometimes there is a need and my cats that are do not have any emotional issues!) I love doctors Tamas & Mandolla... Years and Lots of Animals I have been seeing Dr. Mandola and Dr. Tamas for years and years and a healthy amount of animals to go along with it. My animals have ranged from mange to birth defects and have always been treated with the upmost respect and care. I recently relocated to Fort Worth and miss Richmond Animal Hospital tremendously. Thankfully, I have met a vet here, Dr. Randy Jones, who went to school with Dr. Mandola and can't give him enough credit!!! Thank you Dr. Mandola for all your years and care.
Richmond Animal Hospital My four cats and two dogs have been patients of Dr. Tamas and Dr. Mandola for over two years and I find them to be very caring and knowledgeable. Thanks to them my dog was diagnosed with cancer and referred to Texas A&M in time for surgery that saved her life. Most impressive are the numerous letters and commendations that align their walls from grateful patients.
