The purchase process was easy and fine. Until the walk through is when everything started to get worse. Our finished basement was FLOODED two months in. The first night we couldn’t use water at all. Called the emergency number but they said it was too late, they would have to stop by the next day. Took them two days to work on it and they never offered us with a free night of hotel or even an apology. They had to dig up half the driveway to unclog the sewage pipe full of gravel. You will regret building with Richmond American. My experience is with Loki and Clint in Vineyard, UT. Avoid at all costs. Richmond does poor quality work and then you get to deal with their terrible customer service while fighting to get what you paid for. Don't just take my word for it; this review won't let me include a link, but look at their scores on Consumer Affairs.
