The manger of the wooded creek apartments is messy and racist she never has proof of anything she just go off hear say and put lease violation on your door whenever she feels like it and then she watches you because she lives in the apartment it was a very hostile living situation I wouldn’t recommend anyone living there as long as she’s the manger and it’s roach infested

This property management company should not be managing any property they hire people in the front office that have no deescalation skills are unproffessional and act like they in high school instead of grown I thought it was an issue only at Eagle Point Apts but I see its all of them. Attention APARTMENT LOCATORS: I would advise against referring clients to Richmark Property Inc. managed apartments in the DFW area. They have not fulfilled the agreed-upon 50% commission payment. Despite multiple attempts to contact their corporate office since December 2024, I have not received a commission. Additionally, the on-site property managers have been unable to provide a contact name or direct number for corporate support.
