I actually liked the previous management at (Preserve at Westchase) Amy, however the new person who is over the “marketing” is rude and I’m not even sure why she is interacting with residents. If she focus on her “Marketing” and not resident legal activities , the property wouldn’t be so empty. Pretending to be a Regional Manager.

This company is over Tesoro at 12 apartments and I don’t advise anyone to move here. It’s not safe, my car has been broken into over 5 times. The office refuse to get security, and they show they really don’t care for their tenants just the $$$.
If I could leave less than one star I would. I have lived in these duplexes for 9 years and they have switched owners a few times over the years. Richmark has by far been the worst… I have submitted several maintenance requests, sent emails, called the office and texted the a/c guy personally since the 10th of may and in 18 days I may have had working a/c for 5 days. The a/c guy is fantastic and has come out when I text him and added freon twice which gave me a couple of days of cool air then it goes back to blowing hot air.... read more
