Never, EVER, sign a lease with any Richmark apartments. I'm currently at Preserve at Westchase and it is hell. You have to fight to get anything fixed and the leasing office gaslights you, saying things are fixed when they are not. I genuinely think that they think we are all stupid and won't push for resolution of issues. I have been here since March and it has been one problem after another. I’m leaving this here because there is literally no way to reach anyone at the corporate level. Calls go to voicemail with no response, there’s no direct email, and the only option is a short inquiry form that goes nowhere. My experience at one of your properties has been extremely frustrating, especially during move-out. I was charged for a Dwelo hub device that I NEVER received or used during my entire stay. ** Update ** After noting on Apirl 9th that I had 30 days to pay my final move out statement, Melanie said she will send me to collections today Apirl 29th which is not within 30 days. If the 30 days started after my contract ended that should have been stated. Also seems that the property management deleted their auto response to my review. Do not move to any of their properties. Grounds are kept nicely. Office personnel are helpful and kind. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. The only downside is the lack of hot water when the apartment that shares our hot water heater is also using hot water.
