I’m leaving this here because there is literally no way to reach anyone at the corporate level. Calls go to voicemail with no response, there’s no direct email, and the only option is a short inquiry form that goes nowhere. ** Update ** After noting on Apirl 9th that I had 30 days to pay my final move out statement, Melanie said she will send me to collections today Apirl 29th which is not within 30 days. If the 30 days started after my contract ended that should have been stated. Also seems that the property management deleted their auto response to my review. Do not move to any of their properties. Grounds are kept nicely. Office personnel are helpful and kind. Maintenance is quick to respond to requests. The only downside is the lack of hot water when the apartment that shares our hot water heater is also using hot water.
As a First time renter I’m sadden to say my experience was anything short from hell. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone honestly. My move in experience was terrible and have been getting the run around to fix certain things since I’ve moved in. Mind you I moved in early Feb we are now in April.. as a person who works hard for their money I wouldn’t dare sign another lease here.
