I made one review they removed it! This company is trash! Do not rent from them! Very unprofessional and ghetto. The owners or the property managers care! They are all in it together! The pure definition of slumlords!
This review may save your time, money, property, and life. Simply put, do not move here. The Retreat @ College Hills are mold infested. I had a water leak a while back which left a mini splash pool in my room, hall and living room. Water was gushing from my AC from upstairs so they put a bucket to catch the water. They left it and took it out recently. I informed them we keep getting ill and I think mold/the air quality is an issue. We can't use our AC and our work orders vanished. These apartments used to be so great. But the new management is horrible, and extremely rude. We went without hot water for 2 months, and were not taken seriously when we brought up our concerns several times over the course of several weeks. We put in a request over a month ago to have our garbage disposal fixed, and it still hasn’t been completed, even though they mark it as “complete”. This property management company should not be managing any property they hire people in the front office that have no deescalation skills are unproffessional and act like they in high school instead of grown I thought it was an issue only at Eagle Point Apts but I see its all of them.
