Be aware of the thin walls!!!!!! You honestly , can hear when someone cell phone rings. That's how thin the walls are. I am on the bottom level and I can hear EVERYTHING that goes on in my neighbor apt. Also the leasing manager is a lier, doesn't handle the complaints, nor does she care about the tenants. There is always cops out here complaining about the noise and the Mexicans drinking outside during the day, and throughout the night. These are my experiences I had with Richmar Apartments.
