Currently live here now, you can hear everything through the walls. you're lucky to get a hot shower and good luck with sleep ... Going to be trying to get out of here as soon as I can and for $1,050 you can actually rent a house. this was a huge mistake .
Would give zero stars if it was an option. Left us without heat on the coldest days of winter due to pure negligence. We have no heat, hot water, even our hallway lights and laundry is out. We were told no ETA. Our personal information hasn't been updated. They raise the rent and offer absolutely nothing to justify the price increase. Constant failure, the landlords have no business being landlords. Don't move here if you can avoid it but if you have no other choice just know it's not worth it.
This place just recently got bought by Pero Real Estate LLC / Brick and Mortar Property Management LLC, and ever since no maintenance ever gets done. Our washer has been broken most of the year and just recently got fixed, still no updates about the cockroaches, and it took months just to get a pipe glued. Don't move here, it's a waste of money. UPDATE: Our washing machine had been broken for months. Turns out there was just a coin stuck in the slot. Poked it with a piece of wire and it works. Dont move here!
