I love the staff I love the doctors the expediency and attentiveness they show is exemplary of any business much less the medical practice in which they perform.. can't say enough positive things about this place and its people.
The actual doctors are great when you finally get to see one but the rest of the staff completely ignore you, are short or rude with you or act like you’re inconveniencing them when you ask a simple question. Too busy having side conversations to care for patients.
Initially the appointment went great. I called earlier today to find out about a mix up with my son's prescription. I would be on hold and then the phone would just hang up. 4 phone calls later I finally get someone. When I explain that there might be something wrong with the system the lady becomes very rude and unprofessional. She starts having a very nasty attitude with me simply because I asked her to look up my sons prescription, which is her job! Customer service or atleast the lady I talked to are incompetent.
