Memories in 2015: knocks on walls occurred... HUD housing. No sidewalk chalk art is allowed outside from what I know.
The manager is the worst. She lies and don't keep her word. The maintenance guy is just as bad. Their very slow on fixing things. I will never recommend these apts.
