Love the updating remodeling they are doing
The owner is really nice
Looked online at hours of operation. Arrived on a weekday during those hours and gate was locked. Called phone number listed and no answer. Left a message that I was interested in buying an RV and to call. Its been a week and no return call. If that is how you run your business, I want nothing to do with it. You lost a potential customer!
If you live anywhere close to this business, or find yourself having RV problems anywhere near this business, rest assured you will be taken care of like FAMILY! These people not only do incredible work, they care about the work they do. I had a major problem while out on the road and it was much bigger than a simple fix. It was something where an appointment and extended service visit would've been necessary back home. Richland RV literally stopped what they were doing so my mission wouldn't be interrupted.
