Poor service in the office. Several mistakes. No apology or accountability when those mistakes were brought up to management. In fact they were extremely dismissive and at one point I was told “If you don’t like the care here you can go somewhere else”. Dr Vadia himself is wonderful and my care was good. Lengthy (again partly due to office mistakes), but good. Giving one star because good care is the bare minimum requirement, and outside of that I was thoroughly unimpressed.
