I am very upset of the quality of care I received at my last appointment. It is very sad that the patient is no longer the top priority. Thank you to Barb for trying to help, but the nurse practitioner could use some work on her interpersonal communication skills.
Been trying to get another primary dr after mine left and they just want to give me a nurse practitioner. Nothing against nurse practitioners but if I'm paying same price why wouldn't I see a Dr. They seem more worried about profit than assisting their patients/customers. I've got great insurance and have been going their for the last 15 years but I will not go there anymore. The people at Vernon Memorial Healthcare have been so helpful and caring. I guess I found my new clinic and hospital.
My 10 month old granddaughter had an appointment for 11 arrived at 10:35 it is now noon they still are waiting while they continue to take walk-ins ahead of her terrible service always thought appointments came before walk ins heading in to Newburgh now to St.Vincent's
We had a app and they took all the walk in before us and we had sick baby never going back again
Well our app for our little girl was at 11 an we got here at 1035 an noe it is noon an we are still are still sitting here bc they are takin all the walk ins.
Dr Kwok is great and so is the team at the reception!
My family and I have been seeing Dr. Sherman since he came to town. Love his down to earth attitude!
Great place! Dr. Sherman is a great doctor! Wouldn't take my parents to any other place.
