While I loved the nurse practitioner. The office itself seems to need some help. On several occasions I have not been able to reach them. It would be a busy signal or go to a "voicemail that has not been set up". When I received my bill they give you no option to pay by card. So it took me over two weeks of trying to call them before I finally messaged them on FB telling them I could not get ahold of anyone to pay my bill over the phone. to which I got a response of "Yes, I can take card by phone". I absolutely love this place. At both locations. They are like my family. I just go in, sometimes I call to make sure I can on my way home from work & they always say, YEAH, come on in!!!
