Surprisingly, I've been here about 18 yrs,,11 of those years I spent working for Modern Homes, Park has gone from a drug haven to a respectable place to live,The Credit score of 650, Keeps the UNDESIRABLES Out,,,Owners are upgrading the infostructure ,,For being a Privately owned Park & Maintained by the owners,,I'd say this is the best place to RETIRE, ONLY 30 minutes to LVHN / JEFFERSON ,CEDAR CREST Blvd,,by far Best Hospital in out area !!!
Looking at moving. Rent increases every year and every year we get less and less and now they don't even want kids stuff outside. They want it to look like a 55 and older community when it's not. The do nothing to maintain the grounds. I've been asking to have rebar removed from my back yard for 2 years now and they just say we'll leave even though it looms horrible but then have the nerve to tell me my kids can't have there little slide ON TOP of my deck. Is a nice quiet place to live. If you enjoy country living, then you will like it. Also everything you need is within 2 miles.
Wanted 650 credit score no cosigner accepted for a 2000 dollar trailer not sure if I'll be able to buy it. So I have the two grand, but I'm not ALLOWED in the park. If I had perfect credit, and plenty of money I wouldn't want to live In a TRAILER PARK
I purchased almost 4 years ago. Rent each year increased much much more than told when I purchased.
