Went there for a photo shoot bucket list item with my Brother's '71 Ford Mach 1 Mustang and Gunfighter the P-51 Mustang. The event was the Commerative Air Force had a warbird show and you could purchase rides in various WW2 ers aircraft. I had to get permission from the event coordinator Niss Aviation to make this happen. I appreciate the opportunity and a sincere thank you.
The crew at Niss went over and above when I landed here with mechanical troubles. They shuffled planes to make space in the hangar, called the local maintenance shop to get it booked in next day, gave great advice on the local area and the best areas to stay overnight. The FBO has plenty of space and great amenities, in fact the building used to be a small passenger terminal for commercial flights.
Nice clean friendly FBO. Always a pleasure to fly in.
Michael and Max are great! When we phoned to get our plane out of the hangar, Michael thoughtfully suggest we pre-flight in the warm hangar rather out on the frigid ramp. They really take great care of their customers. They are what makes this place special.
