I can’t recommend Richie’s enough! My niece is away at school in Cobleskill, and just a week in her car broke down. She first took it to Monro, which was an absolute nightmare. We ended up having the car towed to Richie’s, and it was the best decision we could have made. He correctly diagnosed the real issue, saving us thousands of dollars. Richie was patient, honest, and extremely fair throughout the entire process. From now on, we’ll always be bringing the car to him.
