Two / three years ago my million year old AC died, so I called Richie Rich AC and they installed a new unit, same day. Super friendly / cool guys doing the install, and super knowledgeable. I’ve had to call them 3 times since, each and every time instead of screwing us and making us pay for a service call for what turned out to be a simple, common, problem…. I called at 3:45 in the afternoon and they were able to get someone here within the hour. My coil and AC ducks were very dirty. They turned my AC system around and it’s cooling like never before. Very upfront and reliable. Thank you Richie.
