Management and Staff are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have EVER dealt with. They don't have a maintenance staff, they look for anyone to complete their work orders, when ever they actually decide to complete them. When bringing your issues to the GM she states she just work there. Roof leaking for over a year, even smaller work orders go for months with out completion...They have no concern of their property nor the satisfaction of their tenants.
I had a very horrible experience with this management company. First of all the lack professionalism at all. Their prices are astronomical. They have you thinking that they will help you get your credit together to be able to purchase the home you are in. They don’t do that. The house I lived in had mold in it. And a constant water leak in the basement that was never fixed. They were it paying taxes on the house I was staying in and it went into foreclosure. I've lived in one of their properties that they "manage" since June of 2015. The management team is HORRIBLE! All of those women (with the exception of Brenda) are rude, disrespectful, and lack any type of professionalism. Three times now the ceiling in my upstairs room has fallen due to rain seeping through a whole in the roof. The first time was in July of 2015.
