We were first time home buyers and Richie helped us find our new place. He was super professional, awesome at negotiating, and very kind in answering all our questions. Despite the 2020 pandemic and a really competitive market, Richie demonstrated his expertise over and over again in the many situations we ran into in our search - whether it be unreasonable sellers or problematic HOAs in buildings.
