The facility is fine however, everytime we took our travel trailer out and brought it back, someone was in our parking spot. We consistently had to call the office to find new places to park. This was beyond frustrating, especially because we have a fairly long trailer (32 feet). We cancelled our storage with them but were still charged a few days later for the upcoming month. This storage facility is excellent compared to others. You have 24/7 access as well as the security for the storage units is first rate. I have rented a storage unit for 5 1/2 years without issue to any of my things in the unit. The owner is very easy to work with and quickly resolves any concerns as they arise. You will not be disappointed renting a storage unit from Richhart’s self storage.
I have stored my camper here for 2 years and just renewed for year 3. Overall it has been a very good experience. The lot is secured, there is plenty of space to maneuver the camper, and service has been great. There were a couple bumps when they changed over systems one year, and it resulted in double charging of my credit card.
