The ceiling of my unit was falling in. All of my belongings were chewed up and covered in rodent feces and urine. The owner said it was my fault for not treating my unit for rodents. She then told me she didn’t believe me because no one else had that complaint. I explained the ceiling was falling in and that’s probably how the rodents were getting in.
