This storage facility is excellent compared to others. You have 24/7 access as well as the security for the storage units is first rate. I have rented a storage unit for 5 1/2 years without issue to any of my things in the unit. The owner is very easy to work with and quickly resolves any concerns as they arise. You will not be disappointed renting a storage unit from Richhart’s self storage.
I have stored my camper here for 2 years and just renewed for year 3. Overall it has been a very good experience. The lot is secured, there is plenty of space to maneuver the camper, and service has been great. There were a couple bumps when they changed over systems one year, and it resulted in double charging of my credit card. I called the owner and she quickly handled it and got the money credited right back. I know things happen, especially when updating systems, but she made it right ASAP.
