The ceiling of my unit was falling in. All of my belongings were chewed up and covered in rodent feces and urine. The owner said it was my fault for not treating my unit for rodents. She then told me she didn’t believe me because no one else had that complaint. I explained the ceiling was falling in and that’s probably how the rodents were getting in. I would give zero stars if I could. After 5 years of storing company vehicles at this facility, Trish began grossly over charging our company card that she kept on file. We switched over to sending her an ACH payment in late 2023 and she would still be hitting our credit card on top of the ACH payment. In total she stole $42,275 from 2021 to 2023. Do NOT store here and certainly don't give her any kind of credit card info. She will give you excuse after excuse as to why she hasn't had a chance to reconcile an account. There ... read more
