Went to get a longer hitch bar/shank from Richfield Trailer last night. None in stock but was told would have by noon today. Called around noon to make sure they got it and while on hold waiting to see if they received one the message said that Richfield has what you need for your trailer. Was then told the part was on back order and they did not have. Well, I guess the message about having what I need for my trailer doesn't hold true. Looks like a one visit and done for me a Richfield.
