Very disappointing experience with corporate management. Napoleon Square- Resident concerns and maintenance issues do not seem to be handled with urgency or professionalism. Communication has been poor, and getting clear answers or assistance has been frustrating. When serious problems are reported, there should be accountability and timely follow-up, but that has not been my experience.
