Dave at Richey's was such a great help. I'm 7 hours away minimum and he made sure I was not only comfortable, but confident, choosing their shop. They've been in business since '64 and Dave has been there since '69. If you have loved ones on the Vancouver area needing tires, look them up. They're also the only ones open 7 days a well in the area.
The only place to go where they will be straight up honest with you and do everything they can to help you. Customer for life. I won't go anywhere else.
Richey's came recommended by several of my native Vancouver friends (I'm a transplant from Salem, Or.), so I headed over recently when a tire didn't want to hold air pressure for me. I received prompt, friendly service. I had picked up a nap from construction going on at home and they had me out with a repaired tire in no time. Thank you!
My boyfriend and I had plans to head out of town this weekend and we came out to our car with a flat tire. So happy to find a tire shop not only open on a Sunday but they helped us right away! Such friendly customer service and fast! We were patched up and hitting the road within 10 minutes. Honestly so happy we found this place! I've never seen a shop with such great customer service. We will be back! Can't voice my appreciation enough.
I can not say enough about this place! These guys are wonderful in every way! They are fair in price, and excellent at customer service! They truly go above and beyond to make customers happy and I couldn't be more pleased, every time I go there!!!
Got new tires today and scheduled an appt. For an alignment Very helpful Fast and Cheaper then Most and Honest Ill be a customer for life :)
