Great place to get tires, fast service quality work.
This place is incredible. Great pricing, top notch customer service. I called with on Sunday afternoon at 3pm just an hour before closing, I explained what I had going on and that I needed 4 new tires. They told me to get there by 3:30 and we would get taken care of, Got there, they got me 4 new tires and all in 25 minutes and we salvaged Mothers Day plans. Thank you Montei Family you gained a life long customer!!
I have had great experiences here I am a picky person on how my car is taken care of.. put new rubber on front had a alignment done 2 weeks later rear tires.. definitely a place I will be back to.. �
I realize there's a skillion places that sell tires, maybe even cheaper.... but I'm loyal to Richey's. They ALWAYS offer excellent customer service. The 1st time we stopped there was because we had a flat tire, on a SUNDAY, and had to be somewhere very important. They fixed our flat for free & we told them we'd purchase our next set of tires from them. 4 years and 3 cars later, we still only go to them. Loyalty to small Mom & Pop businesses is REALLY what supports our communities, schools, Fire & police depts!
I first came to Richey's Tire Factory looking for a job without any experience in the automotive industry. Dave, the owner, gave me the opportunity to prove myself. 7 months have passed since then and I could not possibly be more grateful for the chance he took on me. With the kindness, support, and training I have received from every single person in that store, I am slowly but surely growing into a strong and capable young man.
