Love my apartment. Grounds are well maintained. Personnel pleasant and helpful. On site maintenance prompt and efficient. Ricky, in particular, is always prompt, caring, efficient, professional, and friendly. I would give him TEN stars if I could. Not to leave Eric out! He's always very pleasant and above and beyond helpful.
I could go on and on when talking about how fortunate we are to have Eric and Rick at the helm of Richey Woods apartments . Any request big or small are immediately attended to in a professional way. They make a perfect team. Just call us lucky
