Rick has been wonderful about tending to the needs of my apartment.
I’ve had such a great experience since moving into my apartment. The manager, Eric and maintenance man, Rick have both been wonderful — always friendly, helpful, and professional. They respond quickly and take the time to answer any questions I have with patience and kindness. It’s clear they truly care about the residents and the property. I really appreciate their positive attitudes and the pride they take in their work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-managed, welcoming place to live.
This is my sixth year here and Ricky is the best Maintenance Man in this area. He handles the entire property by himself and Eric handles the operation of the property. I hope you stay here as long as possible.
