If I could give zero stars, I would. DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! This company is a scam. John Richey will come to your home, take your money, and never fix your appliance. He will tell you he need money to order a part and he will be back in a couple of days once the part comes in. He will never order the part nor will he return your money.
I paid him money and he has not shown up or return call
