By far best doctor ive ever seen. Now my whole extended family has him as their PCP
The staff is terrible - I have no issues with Dr. Richette himself...but his staff makes going to this doctor extremely difficult. The staff sent my RX to the wrong pharmacy and when prompted to correct the issue....they told me that they would get to it when they get to it. They told me I shouldn't wait for my prescription to run out even though it was day one of my new script. I have NEVER encountered a staff as rude and as unwelcoming than Dr. Richette's staff. Dr.Richette is the best! His front desk, the absolute worst!!!!
I’ve been with Dr Richetti for many many years . He’s always been attentive when I come in and go on and on about my pains. He’s patient with me and never brushes me off . Sometimes the outer office staff is slow but I’m not there to see them . I don’t care for the self check in . Why is there a person at the window if you have to check in The elderly can’t do it and I see them struggle with it I helped an older man one day. He felt clueless about computers I felt bad for him . I’ve also seen Dr Maya. And she is terrific too... read more
