Dr Riches is out of touch with modern medicine. Often diagnoses without even looking at you. Most of my appointments he has done nothing, and even misdiagnosed me. You have to call to get lab results, and the office hours are ridiculous...9-4 most days, and that's if the phone lines are not shut off early, 9-3 on Fridays.
I have been going to see Dr. Riches for many years. He is always thorough, kind and patient. Very knowledgeable.
