They were decent, but not very affordable Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

I have been using Dr. Richert as my family doctor for over 10 years. He made sure every single question I had was answered, and gave me the extra time when necessary to ensure he had a full understanding of my issues. Their staff has always been friendly and helpful. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance Did this family doctor answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious
